Journey in Midnapur

It was the most valuable 2 years of my life I spend in midnapur….it was not to far from now when I went there for my M.Sc..

For the first time I was going to stay away from home..though it is not a matter for me to stay away from home but a little bit excitement was there..how it would be!!how will be the people over there!!because it was very much obvious to me that the environment is different..

I went there and got the admission..and started the hostel life….and started the first practical journey the journey of myself..though some people may feel what’s there to say about it..it’s common but for me it was uncommon at that time..

It was tOO hot and humid in the summer as well as cold tOO in the winter but in the rain time it is so nice..i saw 48°C temp and on the other hand 36 hrs continuous raining tOO..and the best thing I found there is the “KASAI”..the river without water in summer and flooded due to the rain.. in the afternoon u can go there and could be in peace..i usually went there and witnessed some great evenings..

Another place I went almost regularly that is“CHOTO RAZA”..a restaurant….and can’t be forgotten ever..

One thing I must mention that in a single word it’s a ‘GOOD’ place..and I should mention about the friend..whom should I start??aditi..debasis(himes)..avik..tapas..sudipta..nivedita..ranjan..sunanda..tanmay..ritwik..debashree ..ohh!! where could I stop??they are very good human being nd gOOd friends tOO..we spend lots of happy moments together..though lots of misunderstanding happened. Lots of tough time we spend together but still they are rememberable..mainly two persons I can’t forget in my lifetime and they are tapas and debasis..one person can make you laugh and another can take the responsibilities to be with u always..we spend lots of time as a unit..avik’s room was the best meeting place..where we spend the evening..singara..chowmin..etc shared the stories with us..ohh!!my bera mess where I stayed is unforgettable tOO..

Now I am here in my home..may those beautiful days will not come further but those is are remarkable in my life..i wll miss u all….
